USING MATHEMATICAL MODELS FOR DESCRIPTION OF KINETICS ATTACHMENT HUMAN'S NEUTROPHILS
TO SUBSTRATE IN VITRO

The kinetics of morphometries parameters (perimeter, square, compactness) of the human's blood neutrophils, which attached to subject glass, it is described by the
equations similar to the kinetic equations of irreversible reactions of the first order. Calculated the values morphometries parameters of neutrophils in a suspension and
attached will be adjust with literary data. It is found that compactness of the neutrophils in process of the attaching does not change. Time of termination in process of
attaching found on kinetic equations forms approximately 3 h.
