ANTIBODIES TO DNA STIMULATES DEATH OF MONONUCLEAR CELLS OF HEALTHY PERSONS IN VITRO

We have shown that polyclonal antibody IgG to native DNA leads to increased levels of apoptosis of mo-nonuclear cells of healthy persons in vitro. Possible biological role
of antibodies to DNA is discussed.
