At the last time the comprehension of the membrane lipids role and the formation of a new look at the morphology, organization and functioning of the membranes there
was by study of specific membrane clusters - rafts. The present review summarizes the current data concerning the morphology, the biophysical and biochemical properties of the
rafts, describes the structure, form and basic functional microdomains marking proteins.
