The influence of metabolic drug Cytoflavin (CF) with antihypoxic and antioxidative properties on human dermal fibroblasts in model of ischemia-reoxygenation in vitro was studied.
It is revealed restoration of cell synthesis ATP at addition of CF in culture medium after the ischemia is considerably accelerated (in 2.1 times). The drug possesses cell protective action, r
educing cell mortality during the reoxygenation after ischemia in 2-2.7 times. CF effectively reduces level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in fibroblasts after
Í2Î2 treatment, that allows to keep their survival rate at control cells level. The cell pretreatment of CF during 1 day leads to maintenance of normal level of
ROS during the investigated time period in fibroblasts, subjected to Í2Î2 treatment, and reduces caused Í2Î2 death, almost on third
in comparison with the control cells, not pretreatment CF. Introduction in culture medium of CF after ischemia does not influence on HSP70 synthesis, but leads to decrease in synthesis
GRP78 raised after an ischemia to a control level, that indicate resolve of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and functional normalization of ER.
