The abnormal cytoskeleton cycle in meiosis in pollen mother cells of cereal wide hybrids F1 reveals the role of
polar microtubules in phragmoplast formation during successive cytokinesis. The cytoskeletal rearrangements during
successive and simultaneous cytokinesis in higher plant meiosis are compared.
